How far in advance do I need to book my service?

We usually recommend booking 2-3 days in advance for general diagnostics and logbook servicing. However, if you have an urgent safety issue or require a Victorian Roadworthy Certificate (RWC), call Angelo directly and we will try our best to fit you in.

What is the drop-off and pick-up procedure?

You can drop your vehicle off at Factory 2, 155 Donald Street starting from 8:00 AM Mon-Sat. Our head mechanic will inspect your car and call you with an upfront quote before any work begins. Once complete, you’ll receive a message for pickup. We close at 5:30 PM on weekdays.

Do you provide upfront quotes before starting mechanical repairs?

Absolutely. We believe in clear communication and honest pricing. We will perform a precise diagnostic inspection first, explain exactly what is required, and provide a clear quote. No surprise charges will ever appear on your invoice.
